Karma

Pronouns: She/her I have worked with Karma on several shoots, and she brings presence and poise wherever we go. She adapts to new locations, concepts and moods with real control. We have shot in a busy arcade, in sudden summer rain and in a narrow Norwich alleyway, and each time she stayed grounded and expressive. She can hold a pose gracefully or move into motion when the scene needs it. She takes direction well and brings her own interpretation, which often takes the image further than I had planned. She has a strong runway presence, and her styling works just as well for editorial as for street-inspired shoots. Karma is also a musician, and I think that discipline shows in how she moves on camera. She is thoughtful, reliable and versatile. You can read about her studio portfolio shoot in my blog post.
