Rose recently stepped into the world of modelling, and her first session in front of the camera was a great success. She approached the shoot with a natural confidence, quickly adapting to direction while bringing her own unique presence to each frame. Given that this was her first experience in a professional studio environment, she handled the session exceptionally well, demonstrating an intuitive understanding of posture and expression.

For this shoot, we concentrated on capturing key images essential for building a strong model portfolio. Rose explored a range of styles, from classic portraiture to contemporary fashion looks, ensuring she had a versatile set of images that showcase her potential. Her ability to convey different moods and expressions made for an engaging and productive session.

Her parents were present as chaperones, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment throughout the shoot. This collaborative approach helped maintain a relaxed atmosphere, allowing Rose to focus fully on her modelling. She was great to work with—professional, attentive, and open to trying different approaches to refine her presence in front of the camera.

I look forward to working together again soon and seeing how her modelling develops.

New to this side of the camera?

I have written a set of pages for models, covering the things nobody explains until you have already been caught out by them. None of it is a sales pitch and most of it applies whoever you shoot with.
